I started Lighthouse after watching too many small business owners spend their evenings manually chasing payments and typing the same follow-up messages over and over. Smart, hard-working people — losing hours to tasks that a simple automation could handle in seconds.
The irony was that the tools to fix this already existed. The problem was no one was setting them up in a way that actually fit how Indian businesses operate — on WhatsApp, with local context, without needing a tech team.
